✖ No pets in the house – increased final cleaning costs will be charged in the event of non-compliance (except for assistance dogs with prior notification)

✖ No guests or overnight guests who are not listed on your reservation

✖ Open fires are prohibited

✔ Report any damage or missing items to us immediately – guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves

✔ Leave the accommodation clean and tidy – guests must pay for any additional cleaning costs

✔ Observe the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

✔ Close windows and doors when leaving the flat.
